Sir I was booked Chennai to Pune ticket dated on 06/12/2016 at through online. But I didn’t go to airport due to traveling problems because that day night 05/12/2016 Tamilnadu chief minister passes away. So I cancelled my ticket on through online dated on 05/12/2016 at 21pm. but I didn’t get my refund amount still.

Last week, For my urgent meeting I went to Singapore and choose Spicejet Airlines for my journey. It proved a big mistake by me to chose such a worthless airline. The flight was delayed 3 hours and when we reached at the destination, they made me wait for 2 hours again for my luggage. I hate this airline. 12 Jun 2015

I travelled with Spicejet Airlines in the last month. What a great experience was that with this airline. Firstly the flight arrived and reached at destination on corrected time. The staff in the flight is very good, they know very well the need and how to handle the customers. It is the best airline. 12 Jun 2015

I booked Spicejet SG-103 from chennai to Madurai on 26th December. Instead of booking morning flight I booked evening flight by mistake. My PNR NO: NF 2293888590574. My return flight is on 30th December. I wanted to change the timing but your customer care person said I will lose 2000 I told your person to cancel only my onward journey ticket. But she (Ms. Abhijeep) said she talked with the Spicejet people and cancelled my onward journey ticket. Since both ongoing and incoming (Madurai to Chennai) have the same PID number, she said she talked with the Airlines and cancelled the ongoing. Only after 30th (travel from Madurai to Chennai) I have to call Makemy Trip Customer Care and money will be refunded in my account as its an online booking. Is this the proceedure to get back the money after using my inward journey? Please make sure my trip from Madurai to Chennai by Spicejet-SG-106 should not be cancelled.
