I have purchased 1.5 ton split AC on 21/03/15 in Sri Ananth Maruthi Pvt Ltd, No.90, Abbusali Street, Saligramam, chennai-93, ph-23763545/23766645, and 23764662. Doc no.451473. On purchasing date in my Ac swing motor problem, the service engineer to remove the motor. He said no stock in swing motor, so many times i rang. No response. 30/06/15, I sent one mail to you. 8/7/15 one serviceman came. He does n’t knows anything. He kept one china swing motor. He simply told no stock in Voltas Company. Local swing motor only available. What happened in Voltas? I already purchased i.5 ton window AC in 2007. No problem today itself. My father, brother, my family all is using Voltas only. We are Volta’s customers. Please, to take necessary steps to my problem. 10 Jul 2015
