This is a review of their Electrical shop, opposite to their jewel shop. Those fellows are cheaters. I bought 4 LED lights for 400 rupees each, about 8 months back. I was told that the lights have 1 year warranty. But, they quietly did not mark the LED with the purchase date, when I bought it. Few months back, one of the chokes got burnt, for no reason. I went to claim warranty, but they said that burnt chokes are not covered in warranty. I had to pay them 150 rupees for a new choke. Now, about a week ago, another choke failed. I went today (1-August 15). At first, they said that the LED is not theirs. I luckily had the receipt, so I showed it. Then they claimed that since the LED is not marked with the date, I cannot claim warranty, even though the bill shows the purchase date is within 1 year. I got tired and said I will pay for a new one. The cheaters now want 250 rupees for a choke!! 250 rupees, for a LED choke combo, which costs only 400 rupees? I left in disgust, and bought the choke at another shop for 150 rupees. 01 Aug 2015
