It is unfortunate that I have not received my hp gas cylinder which I had booked on 25th June 2014 vide booking number 250456. I had contacted your office three times and every time they told me that they will send the gas cylinder on the same day which till now stands undelivered. It's therefore requested that the same may be delivered at the earliest before any further delay.
