Dear Sir, good morning have a nice day. We have requirements broaching tools for following below sizes:-
1/8 X 1/16
1/4 X 1/8
3/16 X 3/32
5/16 X 5/32
Stock Length 1000MM and use to horizontal broaching m/c. We use this tool in cast iron pulley and the pulley material hardness is BHN-170 to BHN-220. Pulley Min. to max overall length for upper four sizes is approx. 25MM to 60MM. May I know what is material is use for broaching tool and hardness and life of broaching tools. Also please send the quotation the same broaching at Tin coated. We have required this tools quantity against my per day broaching 1500 pcs production in (8 hours). If you have required drawing of each product but still we have only one drawing please see attached this is our big size and all 3 sizes are same only O.D, length and hub is different and material specification is given on drawing so please give me broach tool according to this product, so my cycle time min and production high.
