I purchased Sukam inverter battery before six months. It works properly only for five months and after that it created problems. I had registered my complaint in Sukam customer care center. After one day, the technician visited my house and checked the problem. Due to guarantee period, he repaired it free of cost. I am so happy and glad with his good job and also appreciate Sukam customer care services. 02 Jul 2015

Recently I faced some problem related with my sukam inverter 650 v. Last five days ago, its battery is not getting charged. So I call to sukam service center in Delhi. After two days they technical engineer come at my home. But they did not properly repair my sukam battery problem. I am not happy with their services. 24 Jun 2015
