Getting Stuck till the power is restored, Pregnant Ladies having lift doors closing suddenly with full speed, Sensors going off, alarms sounding only inside and not audible outside etc, are just a few serious concerns among a huge list. The Service is the next best in any service field I have ever seen. The best thing about them (and the only one unfortunately is )they do pick and answer your calls. As for the issues raised, they visit the site and leave. Issues still remain as it is. Once in the meeting they just openly admitted that the lift installed doesn't have this feature. Now since the builder has paid the complete money, they are least bothered. This review is not the last solution we are trying, however thought of starting afresh with true reviews and experiences.
