Very bitter experience with VW Polo TDI. Within 3 months of buying the car there was a coolant leakage. Initially the showroom people confirmed that it is likely a manufacturing defect, however later on they are asking for 16000 rupees to fix it. 19 Jul 2013

I am a owner of VW-Polo bearing No.KA-04-MH-3538. My car met with an accident in October 2012 and it took 7 weeks to get the parts and repair. Again another accident on 4-12-2012 and parts are yet to be supplied by the company even after 7-8 weeks. Very bitter experience. 30 Jan 2013
