We visited your service centre @ KANCHAN HEIGHTS, SiNHAGAD ROAD, PARVATI, PUNE 411009 on Thu May 30 and placed an order for PRESTIGE APPLE Cooker Handle 3 Litres. One Mr. Sharma (who lives in Sangvi and working for PRESTIGE) with cell no 9145319798 said that he will deliver it at home on Fri May 31 evening. But this no is wrong and Mr. Sharma never came to our house. Your land line 020 33441111 is unanswerable.Plz let me know if PRESTIGE can do something and provide us the Handle.
