I bought TVS Electronic scanner. It works properly just a few months. After that it created problems in scanning. I called to customer care but they did not register my complaint. Their behavior was so rudely. They did not how to attend client. I am very disappointed and not happy with their services. 11 Jun 2015

I have a printer of the TVS Electronic company. I faced a problem with my printer. I logged my complaint to customer care of TVS Electronics. The service man visited my home and checked the issues. After rectifying the problem, he charged me just five hundred rupees. The customer care service of the company was great. 08 Jun 2015
