This is the worst service center I have ever seen in my whole life. Customer support or service center is meant to help customer rather than making people suffer. The executives are not professionally trained hence it is very painful to expect manners, politeness or professionalism from them. Moreover they are never intend to help customers. They have got few standard lines either software reinstall or submission of mobile. Whatever you request stand-alone reply that the same is not under company policy. I have just a good lession buying HTC product. I shall make sure that any of my friends or family member should buy HTC mobiles. I am sharing my feedback not only to vent my anger but also to inform other consumers about the poor service of TVS Electronics. 26 Nov 2015

HTC service centers are not treated well with customers. Last week I went to the service center to update my HTC mobile software and they update the software. But within one day the whole mobile software is corrupted and switched off. I went to the service center and told them about the mobile. They forward my mobile to another service center for repair. 09 Jul 2015

Hello Sir/Madam, my name is Sanjeev Aggarwaal. I have bought HTC One M7 mobile. It got dead after only one month of using and is not getting started. I visited to the HTC Mobile Phone Service Center and they told me that my phone is out warranty, Service Center' executives are neither replacing my mobile nor giving me any information regarding my phone.
