I have paid Rs. 5500/- for recharge of my Tata Sky DTH a/c 1033819770 and changed the package, but now i do not want to continue this package and want to change to previous package.

I am two years regular customer, my query is as per bellow details
1 June -16 I got the call from Tata sky the person said who to me first I have check active music channel number 601, then after they suddenly disconnected my call 2, 3 months earlier also they did the same. Most of the time I am trying to call them but I am not getting any line. Please return my money as soon as possible and please make sure that type of mistake should not repeat happen in future.
