I have bought a Hero Hunk bike last year. Last time I reported a complaint at the Hero Service Center about my bike chain is making sound. But they have not repaired it. I visited again at the Hero Service Center and same problem report again. They have fixed the problem. After some days bike chain is making noise again. I am fed from this noise. 09 Jul 2015

But they told me that you have not booked appointment for service. But I have already booked appointment for service.
