Before two months, I have ordered a Samsung Tab through Telebrands Company. The company was assured that your product was delivered within seven days with free shipping. But fifteen days were passed out; I did not get my order. When I called to the Telebrands India customer care they told me that your order was dispatched. There was one month passed out, but the product was not delivered. I am totally frustrated and not satisfied with Telebrands India customer care services. 03 Jul 2015

I ordered a mobile phone through Telebrands website. I got my order within four days with good condition. I am very impressed with the packing of my product. I received all necessary accessories with this phone and also got the gift voucher. I purchased this mobile phone at just five thousand rupees. I had placed an order of two products last month. I received both the products separately. I just received the one product. I did not receive the second product till today. I called to Tele brands India Customer care and logged my complaint. They told me that your order was dispatched from here. The Tele brands India customer care service is just average.
