We booked our trip to South Africa trip via raj traders and I must say that it was the most mismanaged and poorly arranged trip with a very high charge. The hotel provided was very bad services and when we complained he started arguing by saying that it is a great hotel. But the truth is that there was no hot water at the hotel at a place with temperature 6 degree celsius.
