Do not rely on this service center; the people sitting here even don't know how to handle our gadgets with care. One of them has used its pen to move the flap out from the phone, leaving scratches and ink in my new phone. 08 Oct 2015

LCD Sony bravia 32 NX 500 received by Ultimate for repair on 18 May , they inform us that it will be given dully repaired on 22th May On contacting Ultimate Service they ask 3 days more to deliver LCD. But to surprise despite contacting them they failed to repair LCD after a lapse of 20 solid days,having minor fault. It has weekend the faith on Sony now after seeing the casual attitude of repair team and their conduct towards the public and customer. After sale service makes product popular and Sony thinks their hype will be longer, it depends on the repair and maintenance by the dedicated staff of repair team dealing with the public and customer. Please take action to repair the LCD forth with to avoid harassment to the customer. I must hear your positive reply. With Regards hoping Sony after sale service will improve to maintain its popularity. 06 Jun 2015
