I have very bad experience with Universal Sompo General Insurance company. I applied to the claim of health insurance policy in this company. When I visited the company, I found that the Universal Sompo General Insurance customer care staff was so rude and they behave were so rough with customers. Universal Sompo General Insurance company is one of the leading insurance company in New Delhi but the service of this company is very poor and bad. Six months ago, my car met with an accident and my car was insured with Universal Sompo General Insurance company. When I applied for a claim, they did not pay the full amount and told me that the rest of the amount is not payable.
