Uttam gas service New Shimla is best. But this time I was shocked when I was checking the cylinder booking status. I booked my cylinder on 21st February 2017. After suffering the problem I have decided to check the cylinder booking status. I called up in the office on 3rd March 2017 after ten days the telephone operator answered me that your cylinder is not booked till yet. And they gave me the same answer that within next two days cylinder will be delivered to you. I want to know only one thing that who’s mistake is this? 04 Mar 2017

This is Rajesh Verma, S/o Shri Babu Ram Verma writing you mail from Mumbai. I got this news that my old age parents who live alone in Shimla are facing problem with the Gas Cylinder. My father reported telephonically to Uttams agency that there is leakage in the GAS Cylinder one week back. They also replace the Gas Pipe. The Cylinder that was replaced again (by the delivery man) had same problem as it was catching fire as soon as they try to ignite the burner. Precautionally they separated the cylinder and reported the complaint again to Gas Agency. But now no one is attending this complaint. I once again request you to attend and resolve our complaint as it very dangerous to use the given cylinder. I understand that you close the complaints within 24 hours but in our case it is already week time although the nature of complaint is very serious. I expect your resolution immediately.

I am holder of Gas connection no. 6429. I have booked cylinder vide no. 245746. But the supply of gas cylinder has not been made to so far. Kindly look into the matter and let me know the status.
