Everything was good, but the customer support required fewer support otherwise no doubt Prestige pureness. At place a Neeraj named representative was talking like a moron. He was trying to come over me. The customer experience was bad and ever faced. 03 Jul 2015

Hello everyone, Prestige service is very bad. They are not providing good services to their customers. I am using Prestige Induction Cooktop before six months. I purchased this cooktop form the V Care Concepts And Sales Pvt Ltd. Last week it was not working. Then I have contacted the Prestige Induction Cooktop Service Center. But they have not picked up my phone. I am very disappointed with this service. 29 Jun 2015
