Hello friends, My name is Akhilesh Yadav from Mumbai. Last month, My friend bought iball laptop from its nearest showroom. I used his laptop for some work, then I am extremely satisfied with its features. So I decided to buy the same laptop from its showroom. But I can't use that laptop for many days because its window was going to hang and touch pad stopped working. I have purchased the new Iball mobile from Iball mobile customer care. After some days there was some issue created in my new Iball mobile. Then I went to customer care center and checked my new Iball mobile. They checked it and repaired in free of cost. I am satisfied with their job. 15 Jun 2015
