subramanya s g Sir, I am Subramanya S G, on 25th june I got a mail from axis bank, stating your edge loyalty Rewards balance is 6290 - redeem, but today I try to redeem, I could not login, because pw is not correct and I got otp 2times that also not working, and once it was showing your balance is zero, I tried to redeem for PROVOGUE AVIATOR SUNGLASSES 1NO. ITEM CODE LA69. Further what to do, just before writing I checked still it is showing your login details are not correct. Further how to proceed, how to redeem pl tell me.
