Nitin Yadav 18 Nov 2014 I filed a request to transfer my Airtel prepaid number (09560469293) to postpaid number about 2 weeks ago and handover all the necessary documents to your executive. They had disconnected my prepaid number immediately but till date they had not activate my postpaid number and I am very upset with the services of Airtel. Kindly get my number activate by today. My Optional no. is 9416890938.

On 7th of August 2017, i have done 995 recharge through airtel app, but recharge is failed, massage is also came from your end.
My money is deducted from my credit card account, but till now i did not get any refund.
This is very bad response from airtel, i am very old customer of airtel (since 2011).
Pl do needful act for this matter.

Pooja 29 Oct 2017 I am not able to connect to the airtel via any customer care no. My balance got deduct by 35rs for some service n i didn't opt for such service. Tell me exact helpline no. Airtel is so ridiculous really. I js need to change my conection to some other good conec.

I was out of town and there internet was very very slow. I tried to contact airtel customer care for billing but I dont find any number or any option in IVR to call customer care representative.
I looked at my bill and I see there is addition late fee 100 rs for past two or 3 months. I will pay the bill amount excluding these addition late Charge fee. I am your regular customer and done payment before also on time. So, I request you to update my bill excluding these additional late fee charges.
