i had applied for money withdrawal through money gram 3 months before.They told me you will get a DD within 2 days.But I didn't get my money yet.i visited more than five times to the branch.i got nothing.whenever I call they just use to say ok we will look into that.no one is helping me there even saying go and complain wherever you want.i don't know when I will get my money.plse....help me out to get my money.it's all happening in branch of guru gram,gurudwara road branch,122001.yes,i have the request no. I had sent a cheque no. 737818 dated 30-11-2021, for ?5000/- to
get the amount deposited into my saving bank account, by courier service on 02-12-2021 to bank's branch located near Aapka Bazar, Gurduwara Road, GURGAON-122001.
I had already been sent an SMS regarding this cheque received by the bank.
Sir/Madame, today I have received SMS that your cheque has been sent back and you should visit the bank's branch. I don't know what is the reason for sending this cheque back.
Please look into the whole matter and do the needful at the earliest.
Please confirm in any case, thanks.
