I have purchased an Akai refrigerator from its outlet. A few days ago, it was stopped functioning due to some internal causes. I called to the Akai customer care number. They said took it to the Akai service center. But, I could not found any service center near my location. Kindly resolve this matter and establish your own service center at our nearby area.

I have purchased the new Akai TV from customer care center. After some days there was some problem created in the new Akai TV. So I called to the customer care center and complaint about Akai TV. After one day the engineer came at my home and checked the TV problem. They rectified the issue and charged me Rs 1000. I am not satisfied with their services.

Akai is the biggest Chinese company in Mumbai. I checked all the Akai products buy online. I want to purchase the new Akai air conditioner so I went to Akai service center and understand all the features from one salesman. I gave the payment by credit card and take the air conditioner in my home.

I.purchase Akai led 43'. Still under warranty ..I call to service centre for led not working..the person we will given you a new led due to panel issue screen not working..

MY TV gets repaired.so I want to claim warranty.so pls replace my tv as soon as possible.From the service centre they already said ,I will replace it but still they didn't do anything.so consider this as a request.
