Hello, my name Shivani. Due to my need I purchased an Asus Zenfone 2 ZE55ML model of mobile phone. After some days it stopped functioning. Last month, I bought an Asus Q501LA model touch screen laptop from the Asus showroom. After some time, the laptop touch stopped working properly. When I was operating, it was showing an error. Last week, I shopped an Asus laptop for my wife. One day she was working on the laptop. It was continuously turn on and off. Then I ranged up to the customer care number. They asked the problem and said me to come the service center. But the technician have not solved my problem and refused to repair. I am very much disappointed with their unprofessional behavior. I have purchased the new Asus laptop from Asus customer care center. They gave the free gift Asus mobile handset with a laptop. At that time I was very happy because they gave me the Asus mobile. But after some time there was some problem created in laptops. I went to Asus customer care and checked the issue. They repaired it and charged me some rupees.
