My Name is Matthew Hamedi and I am a contractor that works for alphard maritime security. I have a big problem.. Matthew Hamedi: the flight from Colombo - amman was delayed by an hour. when we got into Amman we were immediatly told that we had just missed the Heathrow flight. And because We missed that heathrow flight I have therefor missed the flight from London Heathrow - Aberdeen??I have been in contact with the company Virgin Atlantic Airways. I have explained the situation to them, They said since it was booked through an agency and there are seperate tickets they cant alter them, They said get in touch with the AGENT and they should be able to Get them changed.
