The executive provided me full information and I did everything as he told me, but my online bill is not paid. Kindly help me out. Tomorrow is the last date of bill payment. Axis bank is one of the biggest banks in Mumbai. There are lots of customers of this bank. Axis bank customer care is 24 hours available for your problems. Last time I have issue my internet banking password. I did a lot of efforts from my side. But no show the result. Dear sir,i had sent the following email three weeks back to customer care email id, but i got no reply yet. I also contacted your telebanking dept on phone who also expressed their helplessness in this regard. Only last week i could know from my account holding branch, jamshedpur that the card was sent to my old address and advice was sent by them to your credit card section to resend it to my new address registered in my account profile.
