Hey friends. I installed a BSNL broadband connection in my office. The service and speed of broadband very fast, they also provided me extra MB on my 1 month data plans. Till now I have used it in whole day and it never creates any problem. I am suggesting to all buying this plan. 05 Jun 2015

Last month I took 675 combo plan for one month. The experience is very bad. The connectivity is so poor and unstable. Mostly time I cannot get the connection. When the connection is running it gives the 50-55 kbps speed, but the actual speed is 512 kbps as promised. 03 Jun 2015

Sir, with due respect I submit that my Broadband internet connection is totally disrupted since 07th June 2021. A complaints No. 1053902069 dated 08 June 21 was registered with your customer care. Again a follow-up complaint was lodged on 11 Jun 21 and further on 12 Jun 21 vide complaint no. 1053938879 but my internet connection has not been resumed. Every time a false promise is made by your customer care executive stating that your service will be resumed within 24 hrs. Almost I have lost five valuable working days and suffered heavy loss. It is a routine break down almost every week. On 31 May 21 also similar problem I have faced. Please refer my complaint no. 1053817865 dated 31 May 21. Please look into the matter and give me a viable solution to my problem. It is also requested to please inform me why I should suffer heavy loss due to your negligence. Hoping early response. My bills may also be adjusted reducing the charges for internet breakdown period. Yours sincerely US Singh.
