I Have been calling this number it is ringing but no one answers it. My package is unlimited yet I cannot get internet as it says that we have used up our limit. Our phone 2451386 after nearly a year is working since 10th May 2015 but we cannot make use of the internet and no one answers the above number. 26 Jun 2015

I have filed two customer complaints so far, the latest being complaint 1025586139. This complaint was filed on July 27th. Before this we have filed another complaint approx. During July 2nd/3rd. The lineman Pramod (Comba/Margao area) called my residence, but till date has not shown up. The wire is visibly cracked and you can barely hear the person. Can you please attend to this complaint at your earliest?
