The worst experience I got from the big bazaar Kachiguda and fraud people are over there. I did the shopping on 20th January 2017 at Kachiguda there was a part-time offer of 500 rupees if we pay bills from paytm and it will be added on 1st February but till now I dint get any as usual. I went for shopping for the month of February 2017 and had enquired at the customer service counter and they are simply ignored by saying contact to paytm we are only to serve for the exchange items and only big bazaar employee not working for paytm. There is no friendly customer service from big bazaar and we will never ever shop from big bazaar next further. And the main worst part, there is no customer care number available. 14 Feb 2017
