Two years ago, I purchased an air conditioner of the Blue Star company. It worked properly for one year. After one year, suddenly it created a problem. I logged my complaint in customer care. Next day the repair man visited my house and told me the problem is in the cooling system. He rectified the problem and charged me just one thousand rupees. Now my AC work properly and I am very happy with their services. 05 Jun 2015
