1) There is less or no coordination between the front desk support staff and Dr Shankutla. 2) Very Unprofessional behaviour and casual approach. My message to Dr Shakuntla a) If you are charging your patient so high and in lieu of that they receive unprofessional service and behaviour from you and your staff, then what's the difference in between Government and Private clinics? b) I agree that being a doctor you might be very busy. But if on phone you said to callback in 10 minutes then no matter what you should call the patient. Your patient might be in some problem or pain. Same goes with your support staff. 24 Jan 2016
