It was my biggest mistake to go for Creative Kitchen for my kitchen. They are even not capable of designing kitchen and even taking measurements. Every time they have a new installer team. They told everything including shutters, car cases, baskets will be taken care by Ever shine (Surat), but they got it done from local factories. And you will find mistakes one after other. They told they will give warranty cards, but they didn't from last 6 months, I am calling them for minor issues, but they don't care. They will not install what they commit. Mr. Rahul (Sales Person/Partner) is very soft spoken, so a big Fraud. This man is full of excuses. Main Man, Mr. Mayank - The Great Businessman having business in Africa, don't know how skilled he is. Instead of fixing issues of customer, he blocks their numbers. 20 Oct 2015
