Your service engineer came at my home last Monday to repair of our refrigerator and took Rs 2500 from us. After the repair, Hardly 4 days it worked. Now it is not working. I have a Godrej washing machine and there was some leakage problem in machine tub. I contacted to Godrej service center, and wrote the complaint after one day the technician came at my home and checked the machine. They replaced the complete tub and charged me Rs 1000. After that the machine is working good and service is better. 25 May 2015

From last one year I am using the Samsung LCD TV. After some time the problem creates in my Samsung LCD TV. There is some technical problem with the LCD. I go in the Samsung service center and check the LCD. They repaired my LCD TV in free of cost. After that the Samsung LCD TV is working properly. I am very glad to Samsung service center. 20 May 2015
