MY AQUAGUARD NOVA MODEL IS LYING DEFECTIVE SINCE 04TH.MAY2013.NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE SO FAR INSPITE OF REPEATED CALLS AT VASANT KUNJ SERVICE CENTRE. I HAVE BEEN PURCHASING WATER DAILY . ONLY ONCE SH.PRAMOD VISITED AND TOLD THAT PCB IS BURNT AND WILL BE REPLACED SOON. MR.MANOJ ASSURED TIME AND AGAIN THAT PCB WILL BE ARRANGED BY EVENING BUT THAT EVENING HAS NOT COME IN THE LAST TEN DAYS.IF THE AQUAGUARD IS NOT PUT INTO SERVICE WITH IN NEXT 24HRS. my aquq guard became defective on 4th.may.it has been set right today i.e on 14th. may.during this period I was so much harrased by the service centre that it can not be explained.I had to purchase drinking water from the market during all this period.Poor mechanic sent by the service centre thrice during this period was given defective part every time and thus he was unable to do any thing.Itried to contact Mr.Hasan, the mtce.incharge on his ceell phone no.09911245824 at least one hundred times but every time he disconnected my phone.This can be verified from the call records of the mobile company.such people who do not listen to the greivances of the customers do not deserve to remain on such post and should be outrightly dismissed from service.I am a senior citizen of 66yrs.and has been physically,monetarily and mentally harrased by the company and I seek an apology from the company failing which I shall be constrained to any further action.
