I wanted to buy a battery for my inverter. My friend suggested me to buy an Exide battery. So, I went to the Exide showroom. The customer support team are very helpful, they provides me all the features and specification about battery. They also gave me two year warranty on it. Few days ago, I purchased an Exide inverter form its showroom. But after some days, the battery created some problems and the inverter automatically switched off many time. I called to the customer care number to replace the battery because it is under warranty period. But they refused to replace it and asked so many queries. I am frustrated from their behavior.
