Kulbhusan Outstanding customer care service. I have been operating ICICI bank account for last two years. A couple of days ago a problem occurred through online line banking so I called customer care and I am glad to tell you that they have not helped me manage the problem but gave me additional tips to remained out of troubles. Really the experience was awesome.

Munish kumar I was using the ICICI bank net banking last two years. Last two months I was not using the net banking. I did not get my Net banking id. I called to the customer care and said my problem. The customer care executive helped me very well. Within 4 hours I got the net banking ID on my mobile through message.
