Hello, This is Shalini Baniyal from Mumbai. I want to appreciate IDBI Bank Executives. Last week, I Called IDBI Bank Customer Care and told my debit card has lost somewhere. After one hour, The bank executive came at my home and take my old debit card information. Next day IDBI Customer Care Called me and said your new debit card is activate.
