I am really happy that I am the holder of IDBI Federal Life Insurance. I bought a life insurance policy at the best premium of twenty thousand yearly and it is a fifteen year plan provided by the company. I paid all amounts of my premium through online banking. Last month I applied for life insurance policy online in IDBI Federal Life Insurance company. When I applied for a policy online after that I received a message from a company that they received my request for life insurance policy. But till today I did not get my policy number. I called to IDBI Federal Life Insurance customer care so many times and they did not give any response to my queries. I am very frustrated and not satisfied with their bad service. 29 Jun 2015
