My son Mr. Vivek R purchased a cell phone id1000 of Alcatel from an idea shop in Poochakkal and return it for servicing after 2 months. After the lapse of 8 months it has not returned after repair or replaced it. Warranty period of one year will end soon. Is this a healthy practice of Idea.
