I purchased a Microtek Ups in the last month. Some days later it creates problems. It does not work properly. I contacted the service center of the Microtek Company. They sent an engineer for repairing it. My Microtek UPS under warranty period. That's why the engineer does not charge any amount to repairing it. Thanks for the good and quick response. 09 Jul 2015

I mailed many times to the service center of the Microtek inverters. But still now I does not receive any reply from the service center. I called on the customer support number of the company. They picked my call and said this service solve on the service center of the company. I have also been visited at the service center but no one resolve my problem regarding inverter. My inverter does not work from last week. I am very upset to see the worst services of the company. 09 Jul 2015
