We had a very worst experience with the JD catering services for our marriage. At the time of initial talks, Mr. JD Durai and his two sons came and promised that they will take care of everything, but we haven't seen them during the 2 days of our marriage. Looks like they had outsource the catering to one of his relative Mr.Swaminathan, who is very novice in doing the service. He couldn’t able to manage the show and start reacting wild with our people when we ask for something. The menu we told was totally different from what was served. There was no proper understanding and coordination among the workers for most of the time. Even the drinking water is not served properly.

We heard of JD and their Services and booked this catering for our marriage and never knew they will do such outsourcing to their dearest ones and make a flop show.
Personally for me, the fulfilling part during the marriage is FOOD and when that is not proper, the utter satisfaction of marriage is not there at all. For the amount of money that we pay in overall, It’s not a fact that we can easily forget and move on. The old JD catering SERVICES is no more and its only JD Catering, all they cares about is making a short term money. Please STAY AWAY or else make sure they are not outsourcing it to someone else.
