I have book for gas cylinder on 11-02-2016 consumer number 732905 booking number 594048 my subsidy was transferred on 03-03-2016 but no gas was delivered, I personally contacted to the Jk gas agency Baghi ali mardan on 11-03-2016 but despite lapse of more than one month no gas has been delivered till date which shows how carelessly the agency is taking care of customers. 18 Mar 2016

If you don't get your cylinder booked on phone, spare a day, go personally, book your cylinder, wait for 4-5 days, then call on daily basis, 100 times a day, if there is no response,call mr. anis maqbool, responds quickly! asks you your consumer no. every time you call him, so remember your consumer no. as he forgets what he has to deliver. 02 Aug 2013

I have been trying to ring your phone for last many days for asking home delivery, but your phones are either switched off or busy, with the result i had to suffer lot of mental agony.On the one hand we are told that home delivery has been started, on the other there is no response. I have not been able to get my due quota since renewal of registration papers. W are left with no alternative but to knock the doors of the consumer court.

There is no response to our phone calls for the past two days for home delivery of gas cylinder. Please send today. My address is Bachpora, opp. J

i had booked for home delivery of LPG (HP) through your agency a few weeks back but the delivery has not been received.May please look into it as i am not having any alternative of LPG gas in these coldest days.
