I have made a complaint against the Kamla Yamaha service center. They are servicing my bike very badly. After the service it does not work properly. I am feeling very bad for the worst services of the service center. I am suggesting you all never go there for service your bike. 07 Jul 2015

They do not respect the customer as well as their time. I was made to sit for hours and then denied service. How Professional was staff? Unprofessional staff I was told there were less mechanics but, I could see a lot of mechanics sitting idle and giggling. Was the service delivered on time? I just wanted my accelerator wire to be replaced as it was badly damaged and i was not able to drive properly. I was first denied service and then a job card was made. Then they made me sit for 1 hour and then denied the service eventually saying mechanics are busy. When I came back to my bike the wire was fully broken and there was no way I could have driven it. Looking at this the manager asked one of the mechanics to put a new wire and it took total 5 minutes to put new wire. 28 May 2015
