They (Keshav Bharat Gas) represent BP for Customer, i.e. Govt. of India, without affording opportunities of defense or explanation to Customer grounds or reasons for 'not booking Gas for more than six months,’ their gas connection cannot be blocked. Even SMS is enough, my connection number is 63781204 (K B Mukundan) was blocked, which was orally told to me when I approached the Agency for Gas booking. Sir be good enough to appreciate that without informing me (Customer) for which I paid and my deposit is with the Company. This is a case of "denial of natural justice", failure of justice, which is not appeasing for responsible service provider like Bharat Petroleum. The irresponsible attitude of agency or Company's merits attention of authorities of trust and responsibility immediately. Please appreciate one cannot be held 'guilty' without affording the opportunity of defense. On 15-10-2016 I submitted an application for clearance of Block- submitted for consideration and orders. 16 Oct 2016
