I got a haircut today from Naturals salt lake branch. This was the worst haircut of my life! The guy just picked half my hair and cut it in half! that's it! This was even after I told him what I needed which wasn't what he did. Terrible service and will never go back there. Haircuts are always irreversible and such things are complete harassment of consumers. With just 5 days from going abroad, this was the worst thing that could happen to me right now. I am now trying to figure out what I can do to recover the hair. 12 Sep 2015
