Hi, I have purchased an iPhone 5s on 2nd August and within 4 months it’s getting hanged, suddenly the phone gets switched off all of a sudden and it’s almost every time it goes off despite no facebook no what app on the phone, also know there is a line that has cropped up on the screen of the phone. I need a replacement of the phone at the earliest. Hope you would understand spending 39k on a phone which was not even purchased online. Thank you for your co-operation.
