Looking for quality assurance engineer at Faridabad, presently working with MNC TUV SUD South Asia Pvt Ltd, Noida as QA Manager since November 2012 and extensive experience and brief profile is --
1. Responsible for quality system assurance of the laboratory
2. Responsible for PT Program, Co- relation activities within the laboratory and customer specific accreditation.
3. Responsible for internal audits, follow-up actions and reviewing of corrective actions.
4. Monitoring if the laboratory is following the practices/ procedures laid down.
5. Ensuring that the calibration activity schedule is followed by the laboratory.
6. Customer Complaints- to register the complaints received from the customers, forward the same to the RM/Concerned person at laboratory.
7. To ensure that all the concerned at the laboratory are using the latest versions of each document.
8. Vendor evaluation (in coordination with the Laboratory Manager).
