Battary charging karne ke bad phir utar jarahi hai

I have Karbonn A-18 model. For last two months my cell is not functioning properly. Sometime it goes off automatically. Sometime it goes off while talking. Many of the time it happens than ring is ringing however, callers number is not seen on the scree. In such instances I am switching off the phone for some time and then switch it on then it starts functioning for some hours. Further ring tone changes very often. Yesterday I have put Rs.333 balance however,when the balance is checked through *141 slash it shows Rs.50.15 all the time. Pleae guide me for this problem
