Hi, this is Prabhakar Seth from Mumbai. I am not happy with Philips Customer Care. Last month I purchased a Philips juicer from my nearest showroom. But after ten days juicer is not working properly. So I called customer care number of Philips. But they did solve my problem. I am not satisfied with Philips Customer Care. 08 Jul 2015

Before five months I purchased new Philips LED TV. It works properly only for one month. After that there was a horizontal black line shown on the screen. I registered my complaint to customer care of Philips through online. Next day the technician came and checked the problems. He sorts out all the issues free of cost. I am satisfied with their services. 12 Jun 2015
